Same as last night. Boudin and beers. Was going to make some dirty rice today but I tripped over a root turkey hunting this morning and think I may have broken a rib. Don't really feel like cooking much and the gf is sick so it is going to be fast and easy tonight

picked up some prime filet mignon. gonna do them on the cast iron when the potatoes in the oven are close.

Thanks Otis. Nothing fancy but it works. I've got to get some crawfish soon. We had some a few weeks ago but they were pretty small

Zucchini, bell pepper, and grassfed beef stir fry, w fresh ginger, garlic, and chives. I was lazy and used Iron Chef bottled classic stir fry sauce.
