Golden Corral, so a little of everything. Mainly chicken fried steak, mashed taters, macaroni & cheese, yeast rolls and banana pudding. Will probably try some of their steak, shrimp, and pot roast also.

I got the Empress Chicken with fried rice. It has a red sauce and jalapeño kick to it. The fried rice is amazing. The wife wanted their Honey Chicken dish. I had a bite of it and couldn't quit eating it. Junior requested lo mein only.

Everything they serve is divine.

Four soft scrambled yard eggs with black truffles shaved over them, Ezekial toast with my homemade Pontchatoula strawberry jam and a big steaming mug of Community Coffee medium roast.

Sautéed some oyster mushrooms and added them into a mix of diced tomatoes, garbanzo/kidney/northern beans with a touch of sriricha and liquid aminos. Over rice

Love my eggs soft scrambled so they're somewhat runny still.
