Shrimp salad of iceberg, capers, boiled egg, red onion, fresh picked Roma tomatoes, shrimp and Cousin's Bleu Cheese dressing.

Last night I had gem lettuce tossed in Cousin's Creole Tomato Dressing with shrimp, hard boiled egg, fresh picked cherry tomatoes and avocado. So good. Not sure I'd enjoy it with the bleu cheese dressing,as much, though.

Left over Black Beans cooked in the crock pot Monday... I just recently dabbled in black beans. Not sure why it took me this many years to do black beans but they are totally awesome.

For the bring part, you and the better half. Menu is Shrimp Sauce Piquant over basmati rice, Buffalo wings as an app, an' some other stuff.
