Ok it was delicious last night. Needs some help tonight. I put too much cornstarch because it wouldn't thicken up. And now it's just gelatinous even after microwaving

Anything I can do to fix it? Randy doesn't like leftovers so no way I can get him to eat it like this

Med high, stir in a bit, add more if too thick. If you get it too thin, reduce it a bit.

Fried some shrimp and made a poboy. Also fried some onion rings

Washed it down with a dr. Pepper. Pussy for dessert
