Got some dough from Alexanders Market. Brushed edges with EVO, Sicilian Herb Mix & Garlic Salt.
Made marinara from Centos Crushed Tomatoes... Boars Head Pepperoni (tried to get the wife by Pokeys or Anthonys.... Didnt have time) Fresh Basil, Smoked Mozz, Fresh Mozz, My Homeade Olives, couple slices of okra picked this am, Red Onion, Mushrooms. Wife put Banana Peppers on her side.

Smoked the strap for an hour till it got 125 then seared it just a couple seconds in a hotass skillet. Turned out pretty solid.
