Went to Hollygrove Market today. Picked up a bunch of fresh veggies meats and cheese.

Used ingredients from our trip to make dinner:
Spinach fettuccini & herbed tofu meatballs mixed with panko breadcrumbs cooked with liquid smoke & coconut oil to give it a nice meaty grilled flavor. We topped it with vodka sauce made by Esses and sprinkled some parmesean reggiano on top
So damn good & fresh. Very healthy too.

looks like this week will be the week of throwing together leftovers/emptying the fridge and pantry

tonight I took some leftover smoked brisket, chopped it and reheated on the stove (low heat)

made a quick pickle of string carrots and diced jalapeno

stacked brisket on warmed & buttered corn tortillas, stuck it under the broiler to melt some sharp cheddar

then I topped it with the carrot slaw and some creme fraiche mixed w/ sriracha, salt, pepper and garlic powder

turned out to be damn tasty

Looks pretty good.

I'm having turkey tacos tonight.

Wise- Better bring home a win tonight. Plus, grab me a AO New Orleans scarf.

I just drop in the Vous for a second while walking the dog. Was getting a bit rowdy, VOR was sporting some Adidas Sambas. Had to retreat to the house for the game and ended up eating fish

Are you eating in your bed, son?

I think it's cute that you have two forks to share the one dessert.
