ive been looking online at some recipes and it seems like all you need to do is put some salt and pepper along with some evoo and roast it.

gonna make a ponzu and togarisho mix for dipping i think.


any suggestions for the fish or just keep it simple?

Simple in the oven. Salt, pepper, rub the face in butter. That sauce should be pimp tight with it.

Wasabi togarashi is so good on eggs. It's been my shift breakfast for a while now
