Looks great Boss. The dollop of sour cream adds to the presentation.

No clue here yet. I had some unreal Chinese on the West Bank today for a late lunch. Red Palace was he name of the joint. It was amazing.

I'm great Winky. Just enjoying a bit of peace in quiet before the loud but awesome other part of this show rolls in from their endeavors. Did that sound weird or something?

The bride calls it Taco Soup.

I shredded some cheese and added lite sour cream for presentation purposes. Then ate the presentation.

Fish tacos done and consumed.
Top Left- Spicy Ginger and lime, emulsified some olive oil in the magic bullet instead of mayo to make a little healthier.
Top Right - Blistered peppers and red onions
Bottom Left - Garlic, Cilantro, Lime and Pineapple Coleslaw. Red wine vinegar and some of the emulsified olive oil added.
Bottom Right - Raw tuna with some Caribbean jerk seasoning added.

Tuna done

Final product, with a beer added.

That's what I first thought and the the soup, but I didn't know it was taco soup. Is it that soup some people call "dump" soup where there are all kinds of beans and ground meat? Lots of folks like that. I'm probably the only person in the free world who doesn't care for it. The one I'm thinking of has dry ranch dressing and dry taco seasoning in it along with lots of other ingredients.

Got the idea for the blistered peppers from La Petite Bistro. Theirs are unbelievable.

last bit of fresh tuna, the rest is vacuum packed and frozen for later.

Thats it. Dump Soup. Brown the meat, drain.... Then dump all the other ingredients in.... Its pretty tasty depending on what all you put in it, but the taco seasoning makes it "Taco Soup" I assume.

Ground Beef, White Onion, Taco Seasoning (she uses hot), Chili Powder, Rotel, Ranch Packet, Black Beans, Whole Kernal Corn

Then, of course, Shredded Cheese and a dollup of Sour Cream for presentation.

Had red wine with it. I suggest water if my wife makes it for u. She uses hot taco seasoning, habanero rotel, cayenne pepper, and God knows which of those indian white sheet peppers.

My mom loves it. She makes it periodically. I'm funny about beans mixed with other textures. I really don't like rice with beans. Love the beans alone, but the two together bother me. I like the broth flavor of the dump soup.

Love the idea of that salad.

I would add mango and thin thin sliced granny smith.

Then use lime juice, honey, olive oil, cilantro, garlic and fresh jalapeno (maybe a couple splashes of sriracha) and make the dressing.
