Them finished, I guess the hard white cheese was Parmesan or something that wouldn't melt. It browned and came out pretty good. The panko was really good, afraid I let it sit too long before cooking.

Menu in the Jerryworld suite: pulled pork, slider burgers, hot dogs, cheese plate, some giant boiled shrimp, chips and salsa, chicken flathead sandwiches, Mac n cheese with toppings, assorted cookies and baked goods, and a full bar

Thanks. Will say that it is spicy as hell since the hot wing sauce is basically just hot sauce with nothing to cut it. Opens the sinuses.
