I've got a ribeye and a couple of large filets going 132x3 right now. Gonna make a Caesar salad with it. I will almost certainly pop a Cabernet to wash it all down.

Don't ask.

We've got some filets for the grill, but not sure if my husband wants to grill tonight. Otherwise, it might be breakfast for dinner.

I got a filet as well. I am cooking it inside so that is an option too.

Just got back from Peche. Got a dozen oysters, marinated crab claws, beer battered fish sticks, hanger steak with salsa verde, and the fried brussels sprouts. Went to Brocatos and had a wedge of spumoni for desert.

Was my first time going and I really enjoyed it and it certainly lived up to all the hype. Like you, I also had a couple glasses of Catahoula Common with dinner.

Is that place a tapas place? That seems like a lot of food.
