Shrimp in some way. Trying to decide between boiled or sautéed with chimichurri sauce. Merry Edwards sauvignon blanc.

I hardly ever cook chicken tenders, but had planned to make a big dinner salad with some. Plans change.

Stroganoff loaded baked potatoes with Fudgesicles for desert.

Thinking about having a diet Dr. Pepper now.

edited to add:

You know what, a fellow only lives the big life once, so I went out to the fridge in the garage and got me a nice chilled DDP - December, 2016 Vintage.

I am very much a novice at this and the pictures don't show well but they actually came out pretty darn good.

Variety of tempura fried catfish and shrimp, snow crab(yeah, that imitation stuff), avacado, cream cheese with wasabi and a homemade spicy mayo sauce.

I hope to do much better next time.

If they aren't falling apart then I'd say they're pretty good. I love making sushi, just don't do it often
