Taco Tuesday.

And by tacos I don't mean grilled grouper with mango salsa and creme-fresh. I mean ground beef, a packet of taco seasoning and some stand and stuff shells. Delicious.

Besides red wine, I also threw in three little individual serving packs of peaches, leftover from when I was on a soft diet. Added some sweetness. Do you call them canned peaches if they're in a plastic container?

Impressive yet again DH. Assuming those are the peaches and red wine on top of the cauliflower? I'd kill for a hot plate of that right now.

FDT was chicken salad

Yep, that's the peaches and red wine (which became a gravy).

This is the second time I've done the mashed cauliflower thing, and this time was much better, but still not perfect. Added some Greek yogurt and cheddar.

It ended up that way here, too. I don't mind if my foods touch!

What was missing was something green and/or something with crunch and texture.

And Alma, thanks.

Looks delicious! I've had them before, mine didn't look this great, but haven't had it in a while. Will be trying it again soon though!

First time at Rama. Went with a big group, so we were able to do family style and try multiple things.

App: Fried chicken with egg roll stuffing. It was like a chicken leg mated with an egg roll.

Soup: We got a hot pot of Chicken Soup. Was my favorite item of the entire night. I want a gallon.

Entrees:
Noodle Siam
Shrimp Pad Thai
Vegetarian Pad Thai
Rama Duck
Pla Chien (fried fish with a spicy sauce and onions, bell peppers, etc.)

Dessert:
Durian Ice Cream - I was too chickenshit and full to try it.
