Lasagna made with ravioli, Italian Sausage, red sauce, ricotta, eggs, spinach, mozzarella, and parmesan. Have leftovers for tomorrow.

Threw three racks of ribs on the pit. Two for someone else but kept a rack for me and my wife. :)

That was K.C. Masterpiece original with a little pineapple habanero pepper jelly and apple juice mixed in. Not enough to make it really hot but enough to let you know it’s there. :)
