Gotcha. I haven't the foggiest as of yet. I wish my wife sold that burger at her pharmacy though.

On the road tonight - BBQ in Demopolas, AL. At a place that has won Memphis in May a couple of times.

In the fridge:

Fried shrimp from Brookshire's Deli (today)
Chicken Salad for sammiches (yesterday)
Blackened chicken breasts (3 days ago)
Baked chicken thighs (yesterday)
Rice and Gravy (today w/ baked chicken gravy)
Corn Bread (yesterday)
Sliced strawberries and Equal (today)

Lucy had corn bread and butter, white sheet cake from the reduced rack and went to sleep at 1 pm. She'll have shrimp when she wakes up at midnight.

I had chicken breasts with rice and gravy for lunch. Will have chicken thighs tonight while watching Braves game on TV.

I'm having some kind of soup, probably shrimp bisque.

Zach, you buy Lucy's desserts from the reduced rack? I thought those were for the dogs.

Are cold fried shrimp from Brookshires any good? They're probably Chinese shrimp. For someone who is picky, Lucy isn't very picky about seafood. That surprises me.

Lucy is low rent when it comes to desert. I buy Vanilla wafers for the dogs and she eats some.

The shrimp at Brookshires is hot..in the Deli. It's actually pretty good and frying shrimp is a mess at home. But the fried catfish at their deli is waaaay too salty.

She is also really lazy about heating food that is crappy when it's cold. Let's say I made spaghetti and meatballs yesterday. She'll open the fridge, get out the tupperware and get a fork and start eating.

Me: "Ya know, that would taste better in a bowl and microwaved."

Lucy: "It's fine."

I have just received confirmation that we will be boiling 3 sacks of bugs and several lbs of shrimp under a local tractor shed this evening.
