Charcuterie and cheese board of items I got at st james and keife and co. Paired with a crisp, minerally Sancerre

Dry pack U10 Sea Scallops with a lemon buerre blanc served with a roasted cauliflower, leek and garlic puree and crisped brussel sprouts. Paired with a Plumpjack Chardonnay we just bought in Napa.

Followed by fresh baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies...then either copious amounts of scotch or the bottle of Pappy 20 I just bought.

Just opened the plumpjack...that is a dam good wine. Can be had a dorignacs fyi.

and thos scallops were only $16 lb at restaurant depot...I really love their seafood dept. Picked up some beautiful ruby red rainbow trout filets for like $5 lb
