When will Wendys and Burger King admit that it is NOT the product. It is the marketing and other factors.

Most Wendys and Burger Kings have outdated restaurants, not enough staff, terrible benefits for their staff, poor training programs and are out marketed by a bunch of other fast food choices.

Bingo. Most Wendy's now are disorganized clusterfricks, when you go in and try to order. Burger Kings are worse.

Mcdonalds clearly understands what you're getting at. So do a lot of these upstart type fastfood joints, like Canes.

There weren't a lot of folks not patronizing Wendys because they thought the needed to re-tweak their burgers.

Is the Hot N Juicy burger standard for all of them now or a separate menu item?

Poor training programs??

Yes, you know..like staffing, standards of food service, food safety, staff management.

The things that seperate a decent operation from the opposite.

You are such a frick, I know IRL you dont do that kind of shite, but seriously, you are a insecure little internet frick.

I really could give a rats arse what sort of training and benefits are offered at McDonalds vs BK.. Im really sorry that your benefits suck though.. Truely I am.

It doesnt matter drive to any Burger King or McDonalds on Florida Blvd and the service will suck equally at each place. Yet drive to Walker and go to Popeyes and you will get great service.. But I suppose based on your post the Walker Popeyes must offer great benefits and training huh?? Cause it CERTAINLY has nothing to do with the level of worker you hire.. No not at all.

Why is this the loser MO, because I personally dont get my jollies talking about or down to people on the internet?

I guess it makes small people feel better. Carry on little one.

Why do some chains/restaurants consistently have better employees? Just lucky I suppose.

When Wendy's first opened they used to have the juiciest burgers.

Remember they advertised Extra Napkins..

I rarely eat FF burgers, but last time I tried Wendy's it was nothing like this.. Dry as crap.

What happened

So you are saying that you could switch the employees at Popeyes on Sherwood with the employees at Chick Fil A on Millerville and DUE TO BENEFITS AND TRAINING the service at Chick Fil A will remain astounding and the service at Popeyes will suck?

C'mon! It has nothing to do with training or benefits.. Its who you hire.

My family almost owned Wendy's. What a different life that would have been.

I'm sort of curious why everyone is talking about Wendy's as if they are some sort of failure. Maybe they're happy with the size of their franchise and have no ambitions of being bigger than McDonald's.

The problem with Wendy's and BK is they are hard to eat in the car due to all of the "fresh" toppings. You can order w/out but it's more hassle for a rushed customer base. Plus they've let McD's own them at breakfast which gains loyalty for other dayparts.

Where's the beef?

Crap it took two pages and I had to be the one to post it?

McDonalds realized many years ago they had all this real estate that was sitting closed until late morning and they were toting the notes on it so it was a smart move to open for breakfast. I'm really surprised more have not done it. Taco Bell tested it and it should have been a good fit.

But you don't know what the corporate thinking is really.

I suggest you google "wendy's/arby's merger," "wendy's/arby's split" and "wendy's/arby's financial statements."

Yeah, it's hard to imagine this is a 'well it ain't broke, but we're gonna go ahead and try to fix this (an entirely new hamburger?) anyway' type situation.
