Nine Roses on the Wank has Shark Fin soup some times. They have the best non-Pho soups in my opinion. Though the Fish stew from Pho Tau Bay is excellent as well.

I think the only place i ever noticed shark fin soup was Nine roses, I want to say it's like $25 for a bowl of soup too.

It's why they're not obese as opposed to Americans, we're the world's laughing stock culinary wise.

Did the bride and groom go around and take shots with every table?

Yeah, that's what he was saying. The groom found this post and was texting it out to the group. A good time was definitely had by all.

It was my wedding! Glad you enjoyed it. I'm assuming this thread was started by Chad? Hit me on Facebook messenger if you wanna know more about any of the food!

Have y'all seen the documentaries about how shark fins are obtained?

I'd say it's pretty cruel, and like another person said, wasteful. I don't even really like sharks, but what they do to them for the fins is sad.

The food is traditional Chinese / Vietnamese wedding banquet food. The venue Crystal Palace does all the cooking on site. The specialize in Asian weddings.
