I really don't think Walk-On's would be a hit in Prairieville, they have so many burger type joints here and Dempsey's is coming into the area.

Sammy's has no competition in Prairieville and theres almost always a wait. Walk On's would do well there. So many sheep.

Last I saw it was last week. It's worth looking at hard IMO

Maybe, I just couldn't see it drawing that many outside the first few months. Even Roccos did well at first before people got tired of it. Maybe being the first "sports" bar with the money to make it will help it.

You have no fricking clue what you're talking about. You do realize why Whole Foods is the anchor of that shopping center right?

I do, and I also posted other examples of tenants in that same complex.

There isn't an area in all of baton rouge where I'd say they couldn't succeed because of the "demographics." The idea that places like P.F. Changs, and Five Guys are "good enough" for the shoppers of the area, and Walk Ons is not is just stupid.

So does this opening mean they are pushing back their Houma opening? I talked to Landry a few months ago and they were looking to be in by the 3rd quarter. That's a big fiscal and management burden to open up two stores that close together.
