Solid topic. I'm sure that I'm missing some... especially little brewpubs here and there.

got a couple offerings from De Garde on recommendation
Which ones? I really like the Berliner Weisse beers and one that is fitting for you called Vin Rougie. However, I was not that fond of the couple that I had that were aged in gin barrels. Faux Pas being the one I remember the most.

Didn't do the actual tour.
Most places I've been to don't have an actual tour. You just drink a beer and walk around and shoot the shite with the brewers.
I've never been on the official Deschute's production facility tour, but have been to both of their brewpubs (Portland and Bend). Both of their brewpubs are fantastic. Great food, as well as great beer.
Crux Fermentation Project, 10 Barrel, and Cascade Barrel House also stood out for their food. Not huge menus, but the quality was great.

Yeah, I rarely do the actual tour, it's all the same shite for the most part.

Fort Collins
I'd recommend replacing that with Avery. It may have been the best time I had sitting at their taproom on the way to Ft. Collins the city.

Maybe, we'll be stopping in Fort Collins on the way up to the wedding, for another wedding. And we'll have both dogs with us so any place we stop on the way has to be dog friendly, and the timing has to work out. The next day we'll have a full day in Fort Collins to do whatever. Maybe we can head back to Avery first thing, before we get into too much drinking.

Both of those sound great.
De Garde stuff is really hard to get. The mostly do one-offs and most of it gets sold at their tasting room. I stopped by there once, and it was closed. I want to drop in when they are open. If any of you are ever on the Oregon coast, a "must see" is the Pelican Brewpub in Pacific City (just up the road from Tillamook, where De Garde is). There are not many more beautiful place to have a beer on this earth. Pictures on the internet do not do it justice.
Oh, yeah, and one more place on my bucket list is Ale Apothecary, just outside of Bend.

new mexico
Santa Fe Brewing....It's a sh*t hole in an industrial park. But it is mostly locals hanging out in the ramshackle patio area. The place next door is an outdoor music venue that has some good bands sometimes.
Marble Brewing
The brewery is in Albuquerque. I went to their taproom in Santa Fe. Pretty good beer....nothing that will blow your sombrero off.
Taos
Eskes Brewpub....Cool little place with a nice courtyard. Their Burrito with Green Chile sauce is kickass. And they have some good beers.
Durango, Co
Ska.....again, in an industrial park. But they have a food truck and bands that play.
Steamworks Brewing....In downtown Durango. Good food, beer and atmosphere. Probably my favorite place in Durango.
Durango Brewing Co.....Meh....

It's a very small brewery. They reuse many of their bottles and the locals bring them back and place the empty bottles in racks outside the doors. Their brews are okay, I thought the Ironshore Bock was their best offering.
