I made dinner reservations for a big group here this weekend. Good/ bad choice?

Picked it for location and price.

My other thoughts were:
Stella
Napoleon House
Muriel's
Bourbon House

I'm open to better ideas.

Thanks in advance!

That is the strangest list I have ever seen. For your purposes I would cancel and go to Muriel's. Bourbon House makes the Redfish Grill look like Le Bernardin.

Tujague's is very old school. They have a good shrimp remoulade and their chicken bon femme is the only thing worth ordering.

That is a very wide range of places.

I don't get this statement.

They're pretty much the same restaurant, food-wise. With just much different atmospheres.

Not really a fan of either place, though.

Muriel's is in a better location than Tujague's. With much better food.

I have had atleast decent meals at Redfish. Never at Bourbon House. I really hate that place.

FWIW, Tujague's has one of the best bars in town.

It's really sad how bad the food is there, because it's actually one of the nicest looking dining rooms in town.

I've never had anything better at Redfish, though, and it's one of the ugliest spaces in the Quarter.

Apparently neither is Muriel's... just got off the phone with them. They'll take max 2 credit cards and will have to put us at 2 tables.

Stella! is one of the most expensive places in NOLa.

ETA: I've had a great group sitting at Arnaud's, though I have no idea how much that cost (or if the man who invited us set the menu, or the price). The room was insane, the service was the same.

ETA2: Tujaques is a good place, you did well. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's not critical cuisine, but it'll be fun.

It seems like her list touched every possible price point in the Quarter. Napoleon House to Stella?

I'll second that and I just had breakfast there.

I have always wanted to try Tujagues, but with some many other places, just never made it there..

Place just seems like it would take you back in time....

I know the bar does that alone.

It does. It is the second oldest restaurant in the city.

Mmmk. I based this off of a Web site listing of prices. I only picked restaurants from two price ranges that were listed... $12-18 and $18-24. Maybe they lied?

Any other recommendations?

I think Tujague's falls in that price range. Maybe check out Remoulade's if you want something a bit more casual.
