Really excite that my Trinidad Moruga Scorpions have started coming in there's about 6 right now just couldn't get all in one shot.....I really do like the aroma & flavor of these peppers & the endorphin rush is great.

Though one of the top 3-4 hottest peppers in the world, using them judiciously gives great flavor & not an overabundance of heat.

Anyone else growing these or other super hots? Love to see some pics

Do you wear gloves when prepping them? My luck I'd have an eye itch and, well you know how that would end...

I've got a couple of Carolina Reapers. They haven't even started to bloom yet. Made a boatload of them last year though.

I have 3 superhots that I overwintered and transplanted to the garden. They are loaded with peppers and blooms.

I've got Ghost peppers starting to come in now. Serrano's all over the place, Jalapeño coming in a bit slower, and Thai chilis starting to turn red.

My ghost and Carolina reapers haven't started showing any blooms yet. In the past week my jalapeños and birds eye have taken off though. Curious to see how hot they all turn out

Can someone explain to me what I would gain by using these obscenely hot varietals that would make it worth the annoyance of dealing with them?

I know that sounds snotty, but I don't intend for it to be. I'm genuinely curious.

What do I need to do to grow red thai chilis? I have been wanting to grow some for a while now. I live in a condo so would have to grow them on my balcony.. is that possible?

I have reapers. They are still pretty small plants. I just grew them for fun. Doubt I will eat one. I'll give them away.

Well, it's a little late to get any peppers from seeds. If you could find some that are already growing, that would help. You just need a pot, good organic soil, and regular watering.
