Guess I need to get my arse over to Flying Saucer Downtown Houston. Someone told me they'll be the only ones in the area carrying this for the first few months.

Where in TX do you live? I'm heading to NM next week and hoping to snag some to bring back. I've been able to find it my last few trips out there.

You got a mule in the Houston area who might be able to run one up to you, or any business you ever do down here?

Yeah, it's listed as an American IPA. So put Ft. George 3-Way IPA in its place.

Good list B. After this summer, I might give Revolution Unsessionable and New Glarus Scream II consideration for a spot in there too

I've always wondered about this. So is any IPA over 8% called an Imperial or DIPA?

Looking some some of yall's lists, I need to find a way to get my hands on more IPAs.

By BJCP guidelines, anything over 7.5% is considered to be double/imperial.

You can look at the BJCP style guidelines to get a general idea for typical metrics. They should be releasing updated guidelines soon.

I don't really know a PA from an IPA from a DIPA from the IRA. Except the Cranberries chick like to sing about the latter. But my top 6 hoppy type beers are probably

Timberbeast
Freak of Nature
Hophead Red
Jai Alia
All my tommorows
Bells THA

I haven't had a lot of the ones listed. But somebody could mail me a Pliney. MmmK thx

Eta- I may mean grace and grit instead of AMT. I think I do
