Yep. Picked 20 big ones Sunday and I'll probably have another dozen tomorrow. Bunch of cherokees ready.

And I'm full. That was a great pie.

So what are the non Cherokee variety?

Those slices almost look too good for a pie. Did you make the crust? Nice job! Did you add mayonnaise to the grated cheese topping?

I think I'll try a tomato pie, but I think I'll blanch and peel them first. Should I just drain them in a colander first or do I need to bake them to reduce the moisture?
