Rattlesnake Rabbit Jalapeño from New Bohemia in Minneapolis. Really good too.

Pete Vazquez of the appetite repair shop makes some pretty funky sausage. I've had a gimmicky macaroni and cheese sausage, and an amazing Vindaloo sausage.

Mr. David's Specialty Meats in Denham has a jalapeno and cream cheese sausage. That was the first time I had any sausage with cream cheese in it.

They have a smoked sausage here in Al. that is really good. I can't remember the name but I do know that it begins with a C. It is some of the best smoked sausage that I've ever tasted.
