Out with some friends at dinner last Saturday night. One of the guys threw a great question out. I present this question to this board. You have a friend coming in from out of state/country. Where do you take this person and what dish do you order for them? Only one bite from one dish. No specific cuisine. Assume we are in Louisiana. What you got?

The crusty cheese ring that is on the inside edge of the stouffers frozen Mac and cheese after you heat it

Had a friend passing through Kennabruh last month. He's from Scotland and had a one day stay over on Vets by the airport. Never been to Louisiana. I took him to Drago's for charbroiled oysters. He loved them.

Billy's pepper jack boudin ball. Cut in half to expose the molten cheese core. Best single bite of food in LA.
