Why was the new up and coming place next to K Street approved? They are most certainly more than just a catering place as they claim.

Unannounced opening this past Monday, very limited bar menu food-wise, NO parties of more than 8 apparently. They're trying not to fall on their face from what I understand, smart that they take their time given that apparently they only took a very small# of people from the central locale.
