Heat them up past 160 for more than 3 minutes and dig in.

I eat stuff out the ice box way past 5 days.

Well, I heated them up and we ate them. I 86'd the ham, although, yeah, the peas were probably more dangerous.

It's been about a half hour. No ill effects so far.
