No. I've been twice for takeout. Place is actually decent inside. I've had the spicy BBQ chicken, fried dumplings, the kimchee eggrolls and some other spicy beef dish. All were good.
ETA: The staff was very nice and attentive.

Almost stopped in there during Bacchus on my way home from Milan Lounge. Place was to crowded so I just went home. Would have been my last meal there :tears:

St. Charles service was worse than Magazine if that's possible.
