Reverse seared a couple of filets and paired with some jumbo lump crab meat and grilled okra.

The crab looks like it's possibly lacking flavor, what did you cook it in? It all looks delicious though.

Better than the $60 cowboy ribeye I bought recently that was way over cooked.

Nice steak. Beautiful crab - hard to find it like that here.

I have been using the reverse sear method on steaks and thick pork chops for a couple of years now. It's the only way to go. Consistent results and no more over cooked protein.
