So do you just get unbreaded wings or as they come? I may try this

Hooters - request naked wings (naked, hot, finished on the grill)
BWW - they only come naked
WOW - only come naked
other places, you gotta ask
Bayou Hot Wings - breaded
Fat Harrys, Lucys, Bulldog - unbreaded

I eat wings several times a week, I keep track of the specials around town

Monday - Fat Harry's $6 for 10
Tuesday - BWW 65 cent traditional wings
Wednesday - Barcadia or Lucy's, $7.50 for 10 wings

So far, losing weight has been much easier than I expected. I keep expecting to hit a wall, but I haven't yet.

Not wings, but if you ever need a quick chicken meal, Popeyes blackened tenders are legit. You can get a 5 piece @ 285 calories total, 26g protein, 3g fat, 3g carbs. Add a regular side of green beans at 100 calories and 6g carbs, and you're not doing too bad.

Chick-Fil-A grilled nuggets are also good if you're in a pinch on the road. Those + ranch sauce for some extra fat. They are expensive though @ nearly $1 per nugget, but better than nothing.

Hulkafatty + beer = no more girlfriend

Isn't that the transitive property or some such shite?

Great weekend...Sat by the pool visiting my mom + brother and his family in Florida. Managed to keep with my Keto diet through the whole weekend. Protip: Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum + Wild Cherry Diet Pepsi is delicious and the Rum only has .4 carbs per shot.

Well, it wasn't like I had a full bar of shite to choose from. So I went with what I like, you picky bastards

At home I have a bottle of Jameson 12 year that I randomly take shots from when I feel the desire to drink.

Did Yoga today instead of crazy cardio so after workout wasn't as low as yesterday, but pre-workout weight was lower. So pretty expected overall

I ended up drinking my dinner last night in the form of some bacardi, so I'm pretty sure that number is me being completely dehydrated. Will probably bounce back up tomorrow morning

New to this thread.. But here goes

305/235/210

60mins on treadmill this morning. 1 cup of oats after with a small bowl of strawberries, blueberries, pineapple. Weight training (shoulders and arms) later. No messing around. 3 months to get to 210 pounds. OR LESS
