I'll be ordering a better set of calipers this week probably so I can get a measurement. I think I'm pretty close.
I have essentially 2 weeks left. I'd like to hit it by then.

Then stop.
I've decided unless I'm training to run a race, cardio is a waste of time. Especially if you are capable of lifting heavy weights in the gym. Which I know you are

The challenge....
Hell after this month once the challenge ends I'll go back to my 1 mile warm up sprint and then HIIT every other day

Hopefully things are on the move again...I took a bit of bbrou's advice and started eating a bit more using my net calories with myfitnesspal as more of a guideline instead of just the 1550ish it listed.
My mother-in-law got me a fitbit thing that clips on for my birthday. I love having that thing automatically pull the information to myfitnesspal.

However I did drop some waste right before I went to the gym, so probably closer to 170 or so.
But looking good. Feeling good. Had a great damn gym session. Time to stuff my face with carbs today then drop it down over the weekend.
Hope things start moving the right way. I really think I want a fitbit or something similar. Especially if it integrates well with My Fitness Pal.

So far it's pretty awesome...honestly though I think I'd rather have the bracelet style because you can just put the thing on and forget it. The clip version I have clipped to my front pocket but I have to actually remember to do put it on every day, or when I change clothes, or grab it when I wake up in the morning and start zombie walking around the house. That part is kind of annoying, but the integration with my fitness pal is fantastic.

Yea I'll definitely get the bracelet style.
