Not a bad start to the week. Goal for this week is to cut out all soft drinks.

Had a good weekend, but ate dinner at burgersmith yesterday with the wife. My bladder is ready to burst though so I expect that number to go down by a solid lb

Uno de Mayo turned into several days of food debauchery.

The above picture was one of the healthier meals from the last several hazy days.

I'll weigh-in tomorrow after a solid Cadfast although I imagine the Cadfast will slightly impact the massive gains.

Reached my goal weight 3 weeks ahead of schedule. I'm going to shoot for 155-160 now depending on how I look!!

Congrats Mouton.

Now just find your slot and stay in it. Not easy.

My slot moves up a lot.

We had 12 Theo's pizzas yesterday and I was easily able to abstain given that I was still full from the debacle that was my weekend.

Haven't checked into this thread in a long time.

281 / 188 / 175

Been hovering between 190-200 for the last 6-7 months, but it's almost summer and it's time to focus and lose these last 13 lbs...

I was just coming to post Yesterday was my official "back on track" day. I'm really embarassed to post the #s, but I know most of it is water weight since I ate carbs for like 2 weeks.

The damage isn't as bad as I thought it'd be, though.

Glad to see you back. I took most of last week off from the diet purely to show my solidarity with your effort.

Welcome back Prodigals. If only we could reel CAD back in. I'm sure his numbers would make us all feel better.

Cad currently looks like Mr. Creosote. He needs to get back in here before he explodes.

I guess he's enjoying the newly wedded bliss, and yes his numbers would make us all feel better. I'm sure the little wife is stuffing his face like a sausage, and his bike has 6 inches of dust on it
I'll bet he's lurking so maybe if we talk enough shite about him he may show up.
