Office decided to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with the free lunch today.

I can't move.

We never had Mexican for the free lunch before so I couldn't and didn't pass it up.

As I said,I can't move.

Wonder if the big boss would be upset if I took a 2 hour nap?

Well, now I can't cheat any over the weekend because I did major damage with lunch 2 days in a row.



Might finally force myself out on the bike to try and sweat the poison out.

I was as low as 165 last year but that was too low. I had people at work telling me I looked sick, so for now I am trying to maintain 175 but I really suck at maintenance as LE will be sure to chime in ans tell you.

Was down to 175 at one point but maintained 180-185 for years. Actually gained muscle weight back after a marathon. Looking to lose now!

Myth my Spanish ain't too good. Cinco de uno means five of one. Should have written "Uno de Mayo Fest" but I guess it got lost in translation.

I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight. Have gained a good bit of muscle and now am running a lot more to get down to around that goal here in the next month or so. My runs are averaging around 800 or so calories burned so doing that 4-5 times a week is really getting me down fast. Best I've felt since sophomore year of college.

Felt great to go out a run again today. Weather was/is perfect. 5.8miles @ a 8:36 pace.
