323/176.2/175
Low - 160.5 / Re-fattening Peak - 206
Contest Starting Weight {office scale} - 200.2
Current Weight {office scale} - 178.6
Current Competition Loss - 21.6
Day 71 of 90
Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1000
Contest Cheats - 3

Contest Weigh Day. I was down 1.6 from last week. More than a bit disappointed with that. Cut my calories even more and hopped on the bike 5 nights and I lost basically the same amount I normally lose.

I hope the runner didn't have another 3 pound week or I might drop out of first place.

Either way, go get your seafood platter Myth.

When I've been on a strict diet, fried food is one of the things I crave the most. Usually because I don't have anything fried while I'm dieting.

Well tomorrow is the 3rd Birthday for my diet. I have had hardly any fried seafood over the last 3 years so I am dying for some.

I did have a Seafood platter about a year ago, but it wasn't very good which is why I was asking for the best spots to get one.

How tall are you? Seems like you've done a good job dropping from the trips.

Congrats. You added years to your life.

Dang! The freaking running guy dropped another 3. He is now right behind me in % loss.

21.6 10.79%
25.2 10.66%
16.0 6.63%

Time to crank it up a notch. I thought I already had it cranked to 11 but evidently I need to go higher.

I have to weigh every day. I need to see my mistakes when I make them. I know water fluctuations can be aggravating but NO MORE aggravating than thinking you are doing great and weighing yourself after a week only to see a bad number.

I weigh every day when I wake up, and often times just before bed. With my crazy shift schedule it's not always the same time, but it is right when I wake up so I don't think it makes much difference. I like to see what I weigh that night and guess what I'll weigh in the morning. Usually a 2 pound difference.

I weigh myself around 1030 every night, this ain't no rookie shite. I did go our tonight and indulge a little. Scale says 176.4 currently, I'm not surprised and I don't really care if it takes longer if I get to enjoy life the way I want to.

Pissed off. I was 175.4 on Monday morning and slowly crept up Tuesday and Wednesday then a small drop on Thursday. Now another small tick up.

Low calories and 30 minutes on the bike yet I get a gain.

Think I am going to have to Gilooly the runner to keep him from losing 3 pounds this week!

Oh....Happy Birthday to my diet..... 3 years old!
