Having a cheat day. Wish I had picked up some Ben & Jerry's while I was getting my Tostitos and guac.

You can do it man. I've actually cadfasted the last three days in a row. Not really intentionally.

Yeah I don't think this cadfast will be hard for me to finish out. The last time I ate was at about 10:30 last night. It's 5:30 PM now so I'm already at 19.5 hours since I started the fast. I started it unintentionally.. I ate a small pizza because I didn't have anything else to eat while at work, and that kept me full until about 4pm.. but I didn't eat after that so I'm pretty golden. I am pretty damn hungry but I think I can deal with it for another 5 hours or so.

Hunger pangs still aren't too bad, but I feel completely sapped of energy right now. Like I just finished a workout. Come on 10:30.

Glad to see the scale drop again. Although in the last 10 weeks, Either Sunday or Monday always seems to be my low weight then it creeps up for no reason through Thursday.

I need the damn scale to STAY down this week.

Calorie wise I was beyond great this weekend but I did go up from yesterday. Almost positive it's from sodium. I bought a bottle of club soda and mixed it with lemon juice and salt and drank a whole liter bottle doing that. So I'm pretty sure the sodium got me. I think I was just happy to drink something carbonted with some taste to it and went overboard. Still better than a coke.

I won't point out that I've dropped over 20 since the last time you were in the slot.

Heck, down over 33 from the re-fattening peak.

A bit run down today. On the bright side, the guy who has almost tied me, checked the scale this morning and he was slightly up.

I'm down 3. He is going hunting this weekend so he will be around bad food all weekend.

victory is within my grasp.
