Hulkk you are on a nice roll with your weight loss. I know you had a bad stretch a couple months ago but whatever you changed up, its giving you a nice steady loss pace. Kudos...

Only thing I've changed up is the workout routine. The people who back this workout call it "globally metabolically fricked", Lift heavy once per week.. I don't even do much cardio between. I think more than anything, I had just hit a plateau and once it broke I shot down to 261 in like 2 weeks.. Just one of those things, you know? Plateaus are a biatch.

Down 6 pounds even after I hurt my back and had a club sandwich and pasta salad as comfort food day.

I know, and as many plateaus as we go thru on the journey, they at times can seem insurmountable. Lessons learned are to keep hammering away at them, and they will be broken.

Down 8 pounds, but I know a lot of that is fluid.

I knew that was too good to be true. Down 6 pounds, not 8. 24 to go.

Still counts imo. When people ask how much I've lost, I always give them the most.. even if it was fluid

I haven't posted in a while. I weighed in at 230 this morning. I haven't seen 230lbs in over 10 years. I started this April 4th of this year. Losing 50lbs is something I never thought I could do but hard work pays off. I have been eating right and working out religously. I had my first cheat day two weeks ago.
I have had to go buy all new clothes for work. Lost 6 pant sizes went from a 19.5 inch neck to a 17.5. Sucks I bought 2 JosA banks suits last fall and I look ridiculous in them lol.

After 5 days of low carb and cardio I think all the water weight is off from my 3 week eating/drinking debacle. Looks like I'm in for the long haul with this last 8 lbs.

I made it through my own birthday dinner! I had a crabcake and asparagus (and a few too many onion rings). Two glasses of Malbec was my big cheat and I had about 5 bites of dessert and sent the rest home with my daughter who will share with her suitemates. Pretty happy with myself because even though I could have done much better I could have done MUCH worse. The old me would have had au grautin potatoes and all of my dessert. Oh and bread.

My hurricane mistakes are hanging on for dear life.

I was tasked with picking up the damn donuts this morning. That was some serious torture. I held strong and didn't eat any.

Picked em up at 6am so they were hot. The aroma in the car nearly killed me. Even worse, I got too many and there was still a box left at 4pm. I must have opened those damn boxes 15 times and given them a hard look.

I know this feeling damn well. Every time someone leaves donuts or cake or cookies in the break room, I end up opening the box and just staring for a few seconds while I decide if it's worth the guilt and trouble of having to make up for it later. I imagine my face to look about like Samuel L Jackson's in that picture.
