Down 4.6 lbs this week (well, since Wednesday)!!

279.8/250/175

I ended up making it to the gym 5 times last week - twice in the morning before work. I know I can stick with it and get back to where I was and even further.

Haven't posted here in a long time but 228/185/175

Losing has definitely slowed a ton recently but it's still coming off a little here and there.

Down 8 pounds, but I know a lot of that is fluid. I'm going by my weight the day after Labor Day, which was unusually high for me. Lots of fluid retention!

At any rate: 30 - 8. 22 pounds to go and then I'll see if that is really my goal weight.

still not giving up on 175 but the weight has crept up around 10lbs since i have been making poor food choices.

ironically i'm heading into the holiday season very optimistically. i think i can knock some of this weight off over the next few months.

It's been a while since I checked in. The good news first, my weight is between 200-205. Holding the 50lbs weight loss. Few concerns about that though... I havent run or been to the gym much in the last 14 days. I am getting out of condition and probably losing muscle and replacing with fat. My diet is good one day and sinfull the next. As I post this Im 4 Jockamo's(%6.5ABV) in and one dogfish 90 minute IPA(9%ABV). Mabe a little drunk... My work situation is killing me. working 70 hours based on 40 and more task are assigned daily. A cowroker is getting fired Thrusday and he has not a clue, and thats killing me. I hate my job at this time and I missed my first home game in 5 years to do paper work. I know the runs and gym time would ease my stress, but I lost my drive to succede, I see a rounder belly... Not sure what I am trying to get from this post, but anything encourging would be great. Ups and downs come and go. Ying yang? I agree that some gym/run time will help clear your head. Hang in there. You know how to do it.

225/187/178 I was hoping the flush would continue, but having solid workouts this week and the diet is on track

Hulkk you are on a nice roll with your weight loss. I know you had a bad stretch a couple months ago but whatever you changed up, its giving you a nice steady loss pace. Kudos...
