In a couple of weeks. Slab will be down by July 1st.

I've got marble for the counters/bar already. I wanna have it all operational by September.

How's everyone doing on Memorial Day?
Tried to stick to my regular schedule as much as possible, adding a little carbs today, nothing crazy, in the form of some strawberrries, workouts are still scheduled for tonight, so I won't be mad at the extra. Haha.

Went to Chimes with the inlaws. Had a chicken sandwich with fries and a beer. Grilling up some wings tonight. And it all fits my macros

My day has been good. Fixed eggs & bacon for breakfast, and he's cooking pork chops later. I'm tired today. The kiddo wants to play constantly and talks nonstop. I'm trying to talk her into some quiet time for a bit :)

I think we should start calling Logan pop-tart, this dude can make anything fit his macros.
UA Record for the day

Ending my day like this, so feeling okay about it. Early morning. Have to be up at 4:30 to get the kid to work for 5:15 before I can go to work myself. I'm glad I fall asleep easily. Haha.

I had to swap some carbs for fats to make it work. I don't do it every day, but it is an excellent part of flexible dieting. Hit your protein and fiber, play with your fats and carbs. I had a 2-scoop protein shake with chia seeds, spinach, and frozen berries and a yogurt for breakfast to prep for that lunch. Dinner was a pretty normal meal.. grilled wings, butternut squash, and a salad. It's just fun to glorify the flexible aspect of it, but really most of the time I eat 'clean'.

Now, during the week I'm usually more strict. Just makes life and tracking much easier to meal prep and pre-plan.

Pretty sure I'd be getting my arse kicked at this party.

Back to work today. Diet plans for the week?

Going to the beach in a month or so. I'm going to try to buckle down and lose another 10 before then. It's an arbitrary goal & date, since I'm not going to be impressing anyone at the beach, but it might motivate me enough to stick it out.
