Tiger Sauce, I think you asked me that a few years back and I posted the recipe

Mayonnaise
Sugar
Horseradish sauce
Tabasco (dash)

That's a smart move for Popeye's.

So I finally got parking in front of Liberty steaks the other night.
It was pretty good. Still I think in that area I prefer company, Hihat, Freret Street Donuts and Dat Dog for lunch.
Still yet to try the Vietnamese place.

I wanted to eat lunch at Sammy's today but the front lot and the back lot where full.
I do think parking dictates my dining choices a lot.
(but only when the options are to park in the hood)

Let's say Al doesn't screw up with Church's and either the family still owns the company, or, the company eventually becomes public (with signifcant family ownership).

The company would be headquartered in New Orleans, I bet, along with the other Copeland companies. Would be a nice economic impact.

The people he put in charge suck.
I never understood how the Copeland's never took off better than they did. I went to open the one in Maryland and New Mexico for two weeks each and that was a ton of fun. I want to say at that time nationwide they had 32 Copeland's.

They had good concepts and easy dishes, but I guess the move towards healthy food and the management did them in.
Also having 65-70 items on a menu is a bit much.
