Rouses had ground goat and lamb for $1.99/lb today so I figured I'd attempt to cook something with it. I've never cooked anything with these two meats before. What should I make that isn't too difficult?

A little ground pork mixed in would be good.

How about a baked kibbeh with the lamb? I'm too lazy to make the individually shaped, fried kibbeh, but I like this "kibbeh pie" variation: LINK
