Alright, here you go......... Yes, this is Food Related........ Here's what I received for helping out at an Outdoor trade show yesterday.

This is a new(but we used it yesterday for the first time).

Broil King Imperial 1490

Yes, it's a propane grill but it's a Cadillac!

Also got some accessories too.

This is something new. The PORTA-CHEF™ SERIES TOOL SET https://www.broilkingbbq.com/accessories/grilling_tools/portachef-tool-set

Fire starter, Leather Gloves, BARON™ TOOL SET and an Oil Mister.

https://www.broilkingbbq.com/accessories/grilling_tools/portachef-tool-set

Grilling Steel.....

The Chef's knife that comes with the Porta-Chef Tool Set

Annnnnnnd............. If that wasn't enough.

A new Keg 5000!!!!! Yeah, we cooked on it yesterday too. It's still new though!

And..... some lump,

Not one but TWO Grilling Mitts I love these!

Got a pair of these SILICONE SIDE SHELF MATs These are awesome! Keeps you shelves from getting greasy and funky. Not pictured.

https://www.broilkingbbq.com/accessories/grilling_tools/silicone-side-shelf-mat

This is something new. A COLD grate cleaning brush made with really stiff nylon bristles.

3 PACK GRILLING TONGS... https://www.broilkingbbq.com/accessories/grilling_tools/3-pack-grilling-tongs Color coded for meat, fish and veggies.

Well, that it! Looks and sounds like a lot but I honestly I busted my but for this to be as good as I could possibly help to make it that way. I had a great time and would do it again but it really was a lot of work. Not that that was a problem at all.

Congrats! I would be using that keg a whole lot more than the grill.

Not sure why you receive hate and downvotes here sometimes, but that looks pretty awesome. Nice pickups!

Has it been unanimously confirmed on here that

The keg >>> the green egg

Seems like you are getting better value with the keg imo

I think in general using hardwood charcoal and a Kamado-style Grill is the way to go no matter what you use.

I'm actually giving one of my old Kegs to a friend of mine this week but that was planned before getting the new one. I haven't had a gas grill in like 12 years but I think I'll use it for certain things and enjoy it.

Actually it was more than one day's work. There was getting supplies and the ingredients and putting everything together for grilling on sight and the rep. wanted to serve Red Beans and Rice(which, hey, it wasn't grilled but it was Monday in Louisiana)so I had to cook that. It really did end of being work but I enjoyed it.

A few more pictures from the event.

Rich getting set up.

Only half of the BK tent showed up. Fortunately I had a store bought canopy I brought to help a little with the sun.

ABTs on the 5000

Boudin and shrimp on the Imperial

Ready to serve!

Very slick narrative for "me and my boys stole these because we were promised to be paid for parking lot security and they stuffed us."

I don't know what kind of low lives you associate with but I assure you nothing was stolen. It was given to me as appreciation for the work I did.
BTW, There were three reps and myself and I prepared all of the foods myself.

What a DB!
