Yeah that's one thing I really like about keto, actually. When you cheat, you pay for it. Takes time for your body to get back to ketosis.. so it makes cheating that much of a bigger deal.

So just bumping this topic. So strength and energy are still there. Down almost 10lbs.

I've been doing bulletproof coffee for breakfast and its been holding me over. Sometimes I'll add some egg whites or turkey sausage with it to get some added protein.

Also found a good recipe with kale, spinach, a banana or apple and almond milk in a blender.

Ive been doing keto for about three weeks and im down 14 lbs. ive got about 40 to go. My question to you guys is this, when did you (if) hit a plateau and how did you get through it? How bad do cheat days set you back? Do you have to go through the three days of energy crunch to get back to keto?
