Beautiful. Smoke a pork shoulder, make homemade buns & baked beans, and have a feast. It will take you hours to make those things from scratch, so you'll be out enjoying it for the better part of two days, LOL.

I might have put in a ridge vent at top to help w/smoke venting. Apologies if it's there and I just can't see it.

Ceilings are vaulted at 14 ft. high, plus I have 2 open windows (no glass) that will have sliding shutters on the back of them (to open and close when I want).

Shouldn't have a problem with ventilation as I also have 2 ceiling fans going in to help circulate air.

What kind of issues have you had with the crews getting trash/debris in the pool?

Plenty, simply due to construction. Once removed, I plan to keep it very clean.

Looks sharp man congrats, sure you will enjoy the hell out of it

I am doing one myself right now that should be finished for use at Christmas (or my head may explode) it's really easy to have the budget expand quickly once you get into it.

Justified most of ours with a lot of , well it's only X more which really isn't that bad

Island bar will be built in middle. Will house my ice maker, sink, garbage disposal, refrigerator and double access drawers.

Brick wall will house Primo, double cooktop burner, A/V equipment, gas grill with double acccess doors and triple access drawers.

TV goes in the middle, along with speakers to the left and right. Rock speakers will be placed in plantar boxes.

For years we use to have a nice pasture behind our house, now we have fricking neighbors. I wish you many hours of enjoying good food and good company in your fabulous backyard.

Will the heat from the cooking affect the TV?

I'm about to add a TV above the fireplace on my new screened in patio. What size and kind are you getting?

My patio is 30 ft long. TV/fireplace at one end. Egg and gas grill at the other.

Nice outdoor space you have there! We are breaking ground on ours tomorrow. It is going to be a long couple of months but I'm looking forward to outdoor parties. I'm with you on how expensive it is. I think the quartzite flooring and cypress beams are the biggest cost drivers for our project (we already have the pool).
