Langenstein's or the 'Gnacs for traditional Holiday fare.
Could also go pick up from Jung's for a little Christmas Story homage.

Just a heads up. I have had more bad experiences than good for Christmas catering from them. (In Slidell)

Brigsten's has a holiday take out menu for sides, gumbo, soup and dessert posted on Frank's Facebook page. He did it before Thanksgiving, as well. They're more traditional sides if you're going in that direction. You could get a smoked turkey or something else for the protein elsewhere.
