I don’t see Atchafalaya, Gautreau’s or Herbsaint.

The other night I had a dream about the steak at PECHE!

To answer the OP. That is usually the list I use when I can't figure out what to eat. Always something I haven't had in a while.

Replace Domilise's with R&O's. I may be from Texas, but I know God damned good and well that ketchup has no business near a shrimp sammich.

It really does change all the time. I think every restaurant takes a turn and no one stays forever.

Obviously if there's no turkey and the wolf, then this list is poo. Best thing since sliced bread and bologna

If you add T&W you might as well add Kosher Cajun NY Deli

Good list. Many of my favorites are on it, but the place we have been going to the most lately is G. W. Fins.

Those Eater lists are pretty solid. I'll quibble about Peche and N7 not being on there. But you could do a lot worse.

N7

Never been. I haven't talked to anybody who has either. I understand its mostly canned food which is prevalent in Europe. Is it worth going to over Red's Chinese or Feelings if traveling over there for dinner?
