I like Nap House but dread going there in the winter. They crank the fire up at the front door and cook you while you wait for a seat.. Is it just me?

I love the muffalettas there, but have never found the cocktails to be anything extraordinary. It's a cool spot though.

While they have a small bar that does indeed serve cocktails, I would hesitate to call it a 'cocktail bar,' at least in the sense that the hack who drew this up meant. I have a friend who writes these sort of lists from time to time for a website. He unsurprisingly has not visited some of the places he includes.

I think they have maybe 3 or 4 on the menu from what I remember

Agreed. It's a bar, and a great one, famous for it's atmosphere, and antiquity, not some plethora of cocktails served to gum smacking, barely legal dim wits that you can take home after one hand grenade at Trop I. (Not that there's anything wrong with that..)

11:30 Saturday? That isn't too early for your lazy arse..

For realz?

Well, that should give me time to walk my dog, eat breakfast, read the New York Times, write a brief for the Supreme Court, have my morning massage and my Saturday mani/pedi. So, yeah, I can just make it.

The bar is fine. i've had a few drinks there that I enjoyed. Dont know much about the food at all, but that was a half assed review by Tommy, no surprise.
