Nine Roses Making a FQ Location

Looks to be goin into the old Something Else Cafe. Didn't realize something else closed until I just walked past it. Looking forward to the Vietnamese addition to FQ.

Supposedly will have a paired down menu, but much needed good lunch spot in that area. Chargrilled pork and goat curry on the east bank rocks.

Bad news for these guys considering they also own Charcoal's. I never see more than a handful of people inside when passing by.
