Slider Shak is so fricking terrible. Unfortunately had it walking home from Rusty Nail one time and me, O Brah and another friend were starving. Tasted like frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. 
Also the Frencheeze truck the one time I had it was disgusting. Super greasy and the cheese hardened in about 30 seconds. That was out at a food truck roundup at Lafayeete Square. Never again.

Never had the slider truck but I know what you mean with the grilled cheese truck.

Which ones are worth a chance? I found that food truck coalition but they don't have any good info on there.

A buddy runs "Skillet", it was good the one time I tried.
The one by Kingpin ETA: Taceaux Loceaux is very popular but it may be the creator of the saltiest sandwich I've ever had.

Skillet truck & Foodie Call are my favorite. I've heard good things about the Food Drunk truck but haven't had it yet. They are fairly new.

I had boudin on a biscuit from Foodie Call. shite was legit. Wife had breakfast burrito and was stuffed!
