So you will not eat any other sandwich in all of NOLA?

The expansion is new. The guy said he doesn't live in town and hasn't been there in years. How is that stupid? Everyone complained about the original being too small.

This thread is a result of the expansion. All he had to do was read the OP before posting crazy talk. He's either a troll or he needs to spend more time reading and less posting. Might learn were some good sandwiches can be found.

This is incorrect. Since you haven't been since 2009 on what do you base this incorrect premise?

I've been many times and nearly every time, I've been with locals and seen plenty of locals.

It's not Subway.

I crave the Gambino and the sweet potato habanero sauce. Hot sauce is good, as well. The pickles are great.

Love the place and looking forward to going to see the expansion.

You are either local or you are not.

Would I be considered local? Born and raised in NOLA. Lived there for 20+ years but no longer live there.

Im gonna check it out this week. Love the pork belly & buckboard melt, but le pig is comin up next. Hope they still can make a mater/cucum salad, quite refreshing in the spring.

And for the poster that hasnt been since 2009 & not goin back. Beautiful. There was something positive posted in this thread.

Love Butcher.

Who pays $12 for a turkey sandwich or $8 for a hot dog with nothing on it in a place that barely has seating for 20 and is always uncomfortably crowded?

Who goes to a place centered primarily around pork (Cochon) to get a hot dog or turkey sandwich? Then again, who goes to fresh deli like Cochon butcher and focuses on that instead of braised pork belly, buckboard bacon melt, house made pastrami, and all other ridiculously mouth watering foods?

Ohhhhh, that guy.

No worries man. That life thing will be over before you know it. If you're really careful, you won't have to experience anything new and out of your comfort zone.
