Company undercooked my wife's burger last time we were there. She likes mid rare beef, but this was borderline raw in the middle of the patty.
Mine was delicious and perfect though.
ETA: It wasn't a big deal, and we aren't going to stop going on account of it. Just more of an FYI.

I didn't even know you could ask for a specific temperature at Company. They've never asked me that I can recall.
